SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide with international couriers. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. The total cost of your order, including shipping fees, will be billed via your payment method. This may not include taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government. Once you receive the package, the courier may ask you to pay a separate invoice from your country’s local authorities for duties charged.

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

We ship all over the world. For Spain and Europe deliveries, it takes 2 or 4 days to receive the order. Countries located outside Europe will need 4 or 5 days to receive their purchase. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability. All orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. 

 

Shipping costs are as follows: 

Spain : (FREE SHIPPING) - 1 or 2 days delivery 

Europe & UK : (15 EUR) - 3 or 5 days delivery 

Rest of the World : (35 EUR ) - 4 or 5 days delivery 

 

(*) Shipping services will be carried out on working days and from Monday to Friday. In the calculation of the contracted service, holidays will be excluded. The agreed deadlines for delivery are understood without prejudice to the delays that could be caused by reasons of force majeure or fortuitous event where the shipments may suffer some delay.  

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return any of our products, please contact us at info@antonia-s.com. We will provide return instructions via e-mail. Refunds can be issued by ANTONIA’S, if the product is returned to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must also include the original box and dust bag, and must be completely unworn. If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or custom duties due payable, ANTONIA’S will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by ANTONIA’S. Please note that if the customer refused to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. ANTONIA’S reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding. We are unable to accept returns from outside of the EU.

Sales or promotional products can not be returned.

TAXES & DUTIES

All taxes are included for EU countries (except Switzerland) . International shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.

HANDCRAFT PRODUCT

All our products are handmade meaning that they may have minor imperfections. Depending on the tanning process, small scratches and wrinkles may appear in the leather. This is a characteristic feature of this natural product.

This style can slightly change after wearing it and the back rise can become flat after a while. This is a natural cause of the jute sole.

Avoid contact with water. After coming into contact with water, let them fully dry for a few days before wearing them again. Any variations in color, size, or marks are natural features and should not be considered imperfections.
