Shipping & Returns

Delivery of orders is via courier. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability.Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.
Delivery times are 3-5 working days from dispatch of order.

You may exchange the items purchased from ANTONIA’S online store within 15 days of receipt of your oder. Exchanges will not be accepted for items with a lower price of the product purchased online.
Refunds and Exchanges can be issued by ANTONIA’S, if the product is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must also include the original box and dust bag, and must be completely unworn.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. 
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for returns.
For orders placed outside UE, shipping costs, customs duties and sale taxes are non-refundable through ANTONIA’S. 
If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or custom duties due payable, ANTONIA’S will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by ANTONIA’S. Please note that if the customer refused to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
ANTONIA’S reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding. 
All our products are handmade meaning that they may have minor imperfections.
Depending on the tanning process, small scratches and wrinkles may appear in the leather. This is a characteristic feature of this natural product.
Final Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
