Uncollected packages
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by ANTONIA’S.

Insurance
ANTONIA’S insures each purchase during its time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, signature by the third party is deemed to be sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Antonia’s.

Taxes & Duties
Taxes will be charged at check out for national and international shipments. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.

Currencies
Antonia’s can not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the Euro (€) into any other currency.

Payments
All payments made on www.antonia-s.com are secure. All transactions are in Euro (€).

Care Instructions
Avoid any contact with water. If they do come into contact with water, leave them dry completely for a few days before wearing them again. Try to avoid extremes of heat and moisture. We recommend storing the shoes in its original packaging when not in use.
